All sales are final. Once a digital code has been emailed to you or viewed on your account, we cannot issue a refund or accept a return.
Exceptions (Invalid or Defective Codes) We source 100% genuine codes. However, in the rare event that a code you receive is invalid or already redeemed prior to your purchase, please contact our support team at support@buypnz.com within 24 hours of delivery. You will need to provide:
- Your Order ID
- Screenshots of the error message
- Screenshots of your redemption history
Our team will investigate the issue with the publisher. If the code is proven to be defective from our end, we will issue a replacement code.
